Innovation
Our hands-on philosophy sets us apart. Unlike other driver training companies, SWERVE's focus is on "learning by doing." Our research-based curriculum was designed by some of the world's top driver training experts and delivers a dynamic, comprehensive experience. We help drivers master the Big Three of safe driving: Traffic Skills, Vehicle Control Skills and Mental Skills. Participants are taught by highly-trained, engaging instructors who combine technical instruction with awareness-building skills to help drivers deal with the daily challenges of safe driving. No detail is overlooked— After each drive session, participants receive individualized feedback and a “prescription” for between-drives practice. top

ROI
Creating a culture of safety in your organization is an investment—we know that. And taking the initiative to implement a Fleet safety program BEFORE an incident occurs is a smart move in several ways. A collision involving just one of your drivers – at an average cost of $16,500*—can cost far more than the investment in a Fleet safety program itself. And if you are found liable, the result can run into the millions of dollars. These are just the direct costs—the price of lost productivity, damage to your organization’s image, and employee morale can’t be so easily measured.
—it pays to commit to putting safe drivers on the road. SWERVE can help your organization implement a driver safety program from top to bottom. The measurable cost savings, reduced liability, and enhanced worker productivity and well-being are well worth it. top
